The first song comes from one of my favorite artists, veteran Norwegian producer Hans-Peter Lindstrøm. Lindstrøm teamed up with his latest muse, fellow Norwegian Christabelle (formerly known as Solale), to release the "Real Life is No Cool" LP late last year. The album received mixed critical acclaim, and in my personal opinion fell a little flat.
While not up to par with Lindstrom's older work, the album nonetheless contains a few songs worth mentioning. Most notable is the radio-friendly "Lovesick", which you might recognize from the new Cadillac commercials. I love Lindstrøm, and if you don't trust my judgement on this, at least trust GM's.
